A Clear Overview of Impordo's Order and Shipping Process

All Impordo equipment is imported directly from our manufacturing partners overseas. Once ordered, equipment typically arrives in Canada within approximately 6-8 weeks. After arrival, the units will be transported to our distribution center in Hamilton, Ontario, from which they'll be distributed to customers.

To reserve your equipment, we require an initial deposit. This deposit secures your unit and is fully refundable up to the date we place the order for the container shipment. On the day we finalize the full container order, the remaining balance will be charged to complete your purchase.

If you need to make changes to your order—for example, swapping one attachment for another—we're happy to accommodate, provided inventory is available. You'll simply need to cover any difference in price.

Due to ongoing shipping fluctuations and tariffs, final pricing will be confirmed at the time the equipment is loaded onto the shipping container. Please note that prices listed on our website do not include final shipping from Hamilton to your address; these costs will be provided separately when you request a quote.

We will keep you updated throughout the shipping process, providing tracking details once your order leaves our Hamilton facility.
