Peace of Mind with Impordo

Impordo Equipment Warranty

At Impordo, we understand that affordability is a key reason you're considering equipment imported from overseas. However, we also recognize the potential challenges of buying internationally—especially when it comes to warranty and service.

We are currently in the process of building our own repair facility in Hamilton, Ontario. Until our facility is operational, we will coordinate directly with our manufacturing partners for replacement parts and provide clear, detailed instructions to assist you with maintenance and repairs.

Routine maintenance, such as oil changes or hydraulic fluid replacements, is straightforward and easy with Impordo equipment. Our units are engineered for simplicity and reliability, ensuring that basic maintenance tasks can be performed quickly and without specialized tools.

Should a more significant issue occur, such as a pump failure or engine problem, Impordo is committed to supporting you every step of the way. Your loader’s engine warranty is directly supported by Honda (450T) or Perkins (V1000), both of which have authorized service centers throughout Canada and North America.

In the event of pump failures or component issues, we will coordinate directly with our overseas manufacturing partners. Once approved, replacement parts will be provided to you at no additional cost beyond shipping. Additionally, we will maintain a local inventory of essential components, including engines, pumps, tracks, hydraulic hoses, and drive motors, to ensure quick and efficient service.
